Hello,

I am comparing a series of different products across different years with varying amounts of dollars spent depending on the type of "contract". I want to make these into a series of drop down menus. Meaning that once you click on one drop own menu, the next menu will give you another choice.

For example:

• Product Type
• Forecasted % Change for specific year
• Type of Contract

Is this possible? I know this is a pain, but I'm hoping anyone might be willing to help me. Thank you!

I needed something similar just last month! What you are looking for is called Dependent Drop-down Lists and since I'm new, I can't share the link to the site I learned this from. But if you search Google for :
excel dependent drop down lists
the site was at the top of the search results.

The site shows how this is used and then how to set this up in Excel using lists.
