On call Rota Help

I Need help wit creating an on call rota an this I what I need it to do.


  • Employee register is where you enter employee details etc
  • Rota I where the on call rota will be.

Call out rota.

Each region will have a number of Sites so when I select a specific Site from the dropdown box I want to be able to select for each day of the week a member of staff that works for that site. the drop down box under days of the week will the need to show the employee name, and two contact numbers.

Then Once the data has been entered I wll select another region then start the process all over again.

Is there also a way of creating an email form that we can then send out that when it is returned auto populates the spread Sheet.
