multiple text files into a single sheet

Hello team,

I am ver new toVBA programmingand reqested you to update the vba code to complete.

scenario:
1. I have multiple files in a folder
2. each file containing 4 columns separated by "|"
3. Each file contains 1000 or more records

Suppose if i have 4 files in the folder one i have excuted the macro , my sheet should contain 4000 + records apprximately. I need a macro for this.
