Hi all,

I have been CF for #n/a but cant since I have my desktop background
changed into black colour and the words in grey. It wont cover the #n/a
with black colour.

Am wondering if there is a font size formula to reduce #n/a.

=font(na(),1) something like this and when #n/a, it appear as small as possible.

Thanks for any feedback.

Can't you just handle the error in your formula so it doesn't appear in the first place? (or do you want it present, but small?)

If it's without change the desktop colour, it's done. To compensate it, I was thinking to reduce the font the smallest possible but the CF doesn't have that option.

Any more idea?

I have no idea what you mean. I'm not talking about colours, I'm suggesting changing your formulas so that they don't return errors at all.

Use the Conditional Formatting this way:

New Formatting Rule
Select a rule type:
Format only cells that contain
Edit the Rule description:
Format only cells with:
Select "Errors" from the drop down
Press the "Format" button
Choose "Colour", and then choose black

Your #n/a will then appear in black text on the black bakground
