looking up data in a table from another table based on 3 criteria

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to ask your help regarding an excel matter, currently i have two tables having different formats,
i need to lookup the data in the first table from the data in the second table based on 3 criteria, the two tables are very big and have alot of data so i will just put here simpler tables as an example:

Table 1(the one need to be filled):




Table 2(The one which contains the data):


The numbers in the table are just for example.

so the criteria here is the site name and the Info and the Sector ID, and we should return the value corresponding to them, i tried several times but i failed to find a solution so i'm seeking your help, i hope you can help me.
