looking up a row based on a criteria

Hi All,

I have attached a sample spreadsheet of my test data and what I am looking to do.

So in my data I have a bunch of locations with names. However as there are multiples of the same location, but different names, when I do a vlookup it returns the same name, but I need it to lookup the location, but return my the names that go to each location, so to check the location, then check the name, if the name and location has been returned in sheet 2, then move onto the next row and check the next row in the data source.

Any ideas?
