Someone help me find the right formula

Hi all,

I'm kind of knows as the Excel wizard at work and have been given a challenge by a colleague which I just cannot crack!

So we have a colums with team names and a colum with points for that team.

I need a formula which will figure out who the highest scoring team is and then give me the name of the team in the column next to it.

Does that make sense??

Someone please help, I feel like I will lose a lot of sleep over this

Highest score : use the MAX function ( say in col B)
Name of the team try =INDEX(A1:A100,max(B1:B100)) say teams are in col A

Think you need MATCH working with MAX to return a row number, don't you?
