Formula for grouping duplicates and asigning to each groud number in colum

Hello, everyone,

I am stuck!

I have excel file with product list.

The thing is, that I have duplicate titles.

And for these duplicate titles, I need to attach in next colum number, so they can be grouped and filtered by numbers also, not just titles.

In file, example of list, with all products.
In red colum is example.

The thing, is, that I want formula or VBA, what will give me those numbers automaticly
