Nested If Statement Help

I have columns that give me a days remaining and the column before that gives me 90/60/30 day warning.


C1 is =(C1)-NOW()

What I would like to do do is when it's negative, it will display "OVERDUE"
Can somebody help?

Try this:

=IF((C1-NOW())<0,"OVERDUE",C1-NOW())
