Hi-
I have created several Power Queries that our team can benefit from running on their own. However when another team member opens the query to refresh after refreshing the master data files it gives an error message that reads: [DataSoure.Error]Could not find a part of the path 'X:\Promotions\Daily SFDC load\Promo ID Bids audit.xlsx.' (I have attached a screenshot). So basically if you didn't create the query then you cant run it.
We all are running the same excel and all have access to the same files at our company. The only thing different is we are told to map our own drives here so I may be working on X for this file and someone else may be mapped to Z. I am not sure if that is what could be causing the issue or if there is something underlying that could be fixed so that when one created the query someone else can run it with out these issues.
Any tips or information to help us resolve this issue would be appreciated!!!
