How do you get rows to 'hang' below frozen rows at top as I scroll down ?

I have Rows 1,2 and 3 frozen, but when I scroll down, I want Rows 33-37, Row 43 and Row 53 to freeze when they reach to top so eventually I have Rows 1,2,3,33-37, 43 and 53 frozen at the top. Then as I scroll up they will automatically unfreeze leaving just Rows 1 to 3 at the top.

I don't think this is possible.

I would hide the rows that you want to hide. Then go to the View menu and insert a custom view. Then create another custom view to unhide the rows.
