    Pivot Table Columns Disappear on Refresh

    Currently running Excel 2016 (16.0.11231.20164) and am having an issue when refreshing a pivot table (see attached screenshot). Before refreshing, I have 6 columns but after refreshing, 2 columns disappear. How do I prevent this from happening? Why does it happen? Last week, was able to refresh and all was good but all of a sudden this started happening. I understand I can re-build the pivot table but I have multiple tabs and can't do that every time I need to refresh the data. No updates to Excel 2016 are outstanding and tried disabling add-ins but the issue persisted. Thank you so much for your help!

    So December 31,2018 disappears. Probably because it doesn't exist or there are no values for December 31,2018 in the source data (taking into account any filters you have in the pivot table).
    You might get it to stay if, for the field:
