    Cell conditional on outcome of another cell

    For example:

    I have a list of companies and I need to know 30/60 days before that the accounts are due by inserting in the next cell the words "DUE-30 Days" and also in red.

    So - 01/01/2019 then 30/60 days later the next box would be highlighted in red and showing "DUE-30 Days".
