I have an excel spreadsheet containing 3500 horses, their sire and racing form, called '19'

I would like to be able to insert the info of specific horses on to the sheet called 'races'

The first image shows data contained in sheet '19', the second image shows the headers in sheet 'races', which is where I would like selected data to be placed.
How this makes things clearer?
