Fórmula and conditional formating in a pivot table

I have a pivot table that I had some help here. My question is the conditional formating that I had the answer here. I applied it to my sheet but for a reason I don't understand it will not continuing to the next line as I add I formation in the table. The same thing happens to a vertical search in the cell directly next to the one conditional formating.

À y idea why that is? And how to fix it? Thanks
