Excel - If Formula Query

Hi All,

Im having some issues with the IF formula.

Basically i'm comparing two cells, Say L2 and L3. Lets say column header L1 is socks colour. L2 is Red and L3 is Green, my If formula in M1 i want to A) identify if there is a difference, B) what the different was. So i would want it to say Sock Change from Green to Red. Im trying an If Formula, i know how to make it compare the cells and derive a text and say for instance "no change" or "Colour changed" but i cant get it to say Colour changed by bringing back the value of L2 and L3 to say Sock colour changed from Red to Green. Appreciate any help.

Maybe something like
=IF(L2<>L3,"colour changed from "&L2&" to "&L3,"No change")
