Duplicate counting

Hello
Please can anyone help me with this issue, i cant find any solution.

A B C D ..xx
3 1 3 2
1 2 1 1
3 3 1 3
0 4 6 3
0 5 2 9
I want to count how many time a value appears on column C,D..xx and to be
displayed on column A, there is any way to do this ?

Try putting this equation =countif($c$1:$d$5,b1) in A1 and copy it down.
