Save Excel to Database Table or Stored Procedure?

Please can you tell me the easiest way to validate and upload Excel data to Database table or stored procedure - (preferably without code).

Without code? Save the data to a csv and then goto the database manager and import it.

I have been trying to do this but wanted some pre-validation.

I have been having a go with the 'Excel to Database utility' software I found.

So far so good..
 
What utility is that?
