Help with Network Days Formula

I am hoping to be able to roll in the network days (including the public holidays on page 2) code to the three columns I have highlighted in yellow as well as have the relevant row flag if the dates and ro initials match a period of leave for the relevant RO on page 2. Any help with this would be most appreciated. Thankyou

Do you want the leaves of particular RO(Including Public holidays) to be included in the "Ideal date of initial scan" in case "Ideal Date initial scan" falls between/on the holidays?
