Update number based on existing date (anniversary)

Hello,
I would like to update the "Years of Service" number automatically based off of "Hire Date"
Any help appreciated, thanks!

Use the =DateDif function in column C. Here is a tutorial https://www.techonthenet.com/excel/formulas/datedif.php
