Filtering Pivot Table

Hello Gurus,

I hope this is the correct Thread to post this under however, I have a database of information that I am pulling from SAP. I Notification numbers, part numbers and locations of the part numbers. I was to create a pivot table and a chart to show the number of parts in two different warehouses. the only distinction between the two is how the locations are formatted. For example, everything else in the spreadsheet for that particular Part is the same but one may be in a location that is formatted "12-34-56E" and the other is located in 12-E-45" and these are two different warehouses. Is there a way to filer for certain formatting in the pivot or any other way to show how many have each format and chart each?

It would be real helpful if you could upload a sample file of what you have (just a representative sample). Make sure to desensitize any confidential information.
