cell match

if cells a1-a12 contain the numbers 1-12 and in cells b1-b12 contain a further set of numbers that match those in a1-a12.
E.G.

Cell A3 =3 and 3 =100 and cell A5=5 and 5 =750 etc, how do I show these values in cell a10

Please post a sample sheet with some data and expected results and explain what you are trying to achieve (Go advanced - Manage attachments)

(BTW, "Hello" and "thank you" will greatly improve you answer speed...)
