SUMPRODUCT function =MIN?

I want some help in my file, if user add 5 or 6 then he adds hours in cell Night Work Hours, i want to count max to 48.

If user add D in cell Hollidays then remove by -1 ... i want to remove from 48, e.g 47 46 45 44 43 ..... 0.

and if user add R then remove by -1 in cell Day Off... i want if add R on holidays table days then count +1
