Creating Chart with Count Data

Good Day Excel Gurus

Im a newbie to the forum & hope someone would be kind enough to assist me.

I need to create a chart from the data in the attached spreadsheet

There are 32 rows of data but that will increase as time goes.

I need:

- Column A has text values "Success & Fail"

I need to count how many successes and how many fails and put this value in a column chart that will show side by side qty of successes & qty of failures as well as the total.

- The same for column B & C

- For column D I want to show the average % for Success & average % for Fail as well as the overall %


I would really appreciate any assistance.

I know a Excel a little and will be able to follow and manipulate formula's etc to a certain extent.
