    Good Day Excel Gurus

Im a newbie to the forum & hope someone would be kind enough to assist me.

I need to create a chart from the data in the attached spreadsheet

There are 32 rows of data but that will increase as time goes.

    I need:

    - Column A has text values "Success & Fail"

I need to count how many successes and how many fails and put this value in a column chart that will show side by side qty of successes & qty of failures as well as the total.

    - The same for column B & C

    - For column D I want to show the average % for Success & average % for Fail as well as the overall %

I would really appreciate any assistance.

I know a Excel a little and will be able to follow and manipulate formula's etc to a certain extent.

    Thank You very much

    Good Day

Thank You Very Much This is what I am looking for - its a base from which I can work.

To ensure I respect forum etiquette, if I require any further help with regards to this, should I post a new thread or continue with this thread?

Once again, Thank you for the assistance. Much appreciated.

    Regards
    Archie

If its a 'new problem' ... start another thread.

If it directly relates to the creation of the charts you could probably continue with this thread.
