I have two tables(Tabl_A and Table_B) in Excel as shown in the following figure. I want to merge them so that output is like the third table (Tabl_C).

Is the sections column the same in both tables? If you are trying merge tables you will need a key field to do this. You can also just add a column to table A and do a Vlookup on Table B.

To merge two tables into one try use the Consolidate or Power Query. See the step-by-step examples with the attached pictures on the links.
