I have a pivot table that summarizes hours and the costs against those hours (showing the rate per hour per category). I don't want the rates to show for the subtotals and grand totals but I want the other columns to subtotal and grand total.

I want subtotals for the RT, OT and DT hours, but not for the RT, OT and DT Rates, and again subtotals for the RT Bill, OT Bill and DT Bill. How do I achieve this?

Thanks

Hi and welcome
please post a sample sheet. An image is nice to look at but impossible to work with ( click Go advanced - Manage attachments)

Updated with sample file

So, using the attached sample file, I don't want grand totals for the 3 rates columns, as you can see, they don't really make sense. I need grand totals for the hours and for the billing columns, but not the charge out rates.

Thanks

Ian
