I have a list of 78 numbers and 5 of those numbers add up to X but there is no indication as to which ones. How do i create a formula to find which set of 5 numbers adds up to my X exactly?

Out of this list - what numbers add up to 202223.29 exactly?? (these numbers are part of a bank statement which for some reason split the total but gave no indication which numbers were used)

I was able to use Excel Solver (I've never used it before) and I was able to find 12 numbers that sum to your total, not 5??

Yeah i did get it to work - you have to set a 4th constraint - put 5 in a cell and then the constraint is equal to that cell and then it will count only 5 numbers that add up to the total!!
