I am collecting some survey data (pre and post intervention). I would like to find an exact match of the name AND postcode and then calculate the difference in scores (newest score minus oldest score). Where an exact match is not found for both name and postcode then no calculation is needed. My example looks very small so:
Column A is score
Column B is date
Column C is name
Column D is postcode
I really hope someone can help. I am using the following formula to summarise the number of exact matches (to work out the number of individual people as opposed to responses) =(COUNTIFS(data!$c$4:$c$500,"=2",data!$d$4:$d$500,"=2")/2) but this not even be the best way either
