Today I was working on migrating some Exchange 2003 mailboxes to Exchange 2010. A couple of accounts came up with errors about lacking rights. Fortunately there was a "get help with this error" link, which gave me some very helpful information:

From my experience, I think it would be better if Microsoft did that to all of their help (but not Answers!).
