target date of deliveryactual date of deliverystatus
11-07-1809-07-18early delivery
08-07-1809-07-18delay delivery
10-07-1805-07-18early delivery
11-07-1814-07-18delay delivery
11-07-1810-07-18early delivery
11-07-1811-07-18on time delivery
13-07-18on process

as of now i am using this formula

=if(isblank(i12),"on process",if(h12=i12,"on time delivery",if(h12<i12,"delay delivery","early delivery")))

but now i want change the formula like "target date is greater than actual date + 2 days " it should display "on time delivery"

What does that mean in practice? Is the table of data what you want or what you have now and want to change? Does "on time" mean two days before target or two days after target?

You can simplify this using DATEDIF, but I need you to clarify what you want first.
