dynamical paramter into sql query

Hi,

I have written a sql query into power query of an excel file. I have managed to set everything up in order to change some of the parameter of my sql query from the excel sheet.
However, I cannot manage to do the same when the parameter is "is null" or "is not null".

Can anyone help me??
