Animated Bubble Chart GHG Emissions over 10 Years

Hi,

I have the annual GHG emissions for 13 properties for the past 10 years. I'd like to create an animated graph that shows the bubbles moving around according to the emission change from year to year. The X-axis is the construction year of the building, the y-axis is the GHG emission, the bubble size is the Gross Floor Area (GFA) of the building. So the bubbles would just move up and down the y-axis, bubble View attachment GHG Emission Motion Bubble Chart.xlsxsize and position on the x-axis never change.

Consider also putting on a slider so that users can choose where to stop/go.
