how to edit only a few links on spreadsheet

I am using MS Office 2013. I have a spreadsheet in File A, columns B to H are linked to another spreadsheet in a File B. Then in File A I will link column I to P to file C. I would like to do edit links for columns I to P but it changes all of my columns even B to H. Is there a way to lock columns B to H and keep it linked to File B so when I do edit links it doesn't change them.
