Cell Reference Problem

Hello,

I am referring a cell of another sheet in my summery sheet. My referral sheet name is X001 and my reference is same as ='X001'!N8

But here I need to make the 1 part of the reference variable. Like I need to take the value of column (Here is "N" in sample) from another cell. Like ='X001'!(C5 of current sheet)8

How can I be able to do that.

I used indirect but not working yet. Can you please explain why.
