Hi! I've been searching a lot but still unable to find an answer. Looking at the pivot table in the picture: how can a make it sorted by revenue? Expected outcome would be to have line 1 with 1.8M, line 2 with 714K and so far so on but even after removing subtotals it seems that Excel still sort by subtotal (or with some kind of grouping) and not by single line.

    thanks!
    Alex

    AleTibD,

Consider sending some fake data/old data sample across and I will fix it for you. Note the jpg looks like a table not a pivot table or am I missing something?

Hi Ed and thanks for your answer; that's a pivot: report layout->tabular format+repeat all item labels

I'll send some data during the week for you to play with
