Problem With Sum

Hello
I am finding some problem with SUM. I sum up 2 values in cell like


I Sum with using another formula like =CONCATENATE("=",I330,"+",J330) and the paste as value.

After that the cell showing only =38665+1783

Where I need to get the sum amount only. Like 40448

Please help me.

=I330+J330
or
=SUM(I330,J330)
or
=SUM(I330:J330)

p45cal I know that, But I need to use CONCATENATE. After CONCATENATE I will paste data as value. Then I need auto refresh. Because When I double click on the cell and press enter then the sum seems ok.

I have no idea why you feel you have to use CONCATENATE.
Perhaps you can write this first:
=I330+J330
then select all of I330 in the formula and press F9 on the keyboard, then select J330 in the formula and press F9 again, then press Enter.
