Duplicate Issue. Data was merged from 5 lists, not all exactly the same.

I have a list of around 45k entries... there's easily half of them that are listings for a business that shows more than one time on the BBB as well as some entries that came from multiple lists where one has the secondary address info listed in the primary address field, and others separately, that's a majority of them. Some have alternate addresses altogether, some have emails and some dont. I have spent a lot of time on collating this list and need to clean it out as much as I can. I've exhausted my Excel skills at this point. Took me half a day to clean it up so it was usable and everything was formatted properly - this list is being used as a mailing list (snail mail) and it needs to be perfect.

Any suggestions?

As you can see, there are businesses with multiple locations... Any way to run a macro or something like that and delete all entries after the first one?
