Is it possible??

I have a question for you.

Is it possible to create a cylindrical image of X height and x width whether it be in excel or imported/etc, that can have coloration on it based on thickness values.

Basically,

I will need to show Green (highest thickness value) down to red (zero) and shades of orange/yellow in between, overlayed on a cylinder representing a pipe. The thickness values preferably will be represented on the internal diameter of the pipe and green being the external.

Is this possible? If you need more explanation, please let me know!
