Excel File Display Blank After Open from Network Shared Folder

Hi All,

Need your professional advice according to the Title.
(Please refer to the attached image too for much clearer understanding on my issue)

I had been facing these issues for months & couldn't solved even after "Repair Office" or Remove certain "COM Add-Ins"...
Had to close & open the excel for more than 5 times above in order for it to display out the excel content.

It is not just happened on one excel but some others too. Anyone had face this issue before?
Btw, I'm using Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013.

Your advice is highly appreciated.

I'm afraid the screenshot does not provide any clarity at all. What are these 'issues' that you have been facing? Please explain.

Thanks for your follow up.
I explain more clearly about the issue i met as below:-

When I double click any of the excel file in the folder, only the Excel File Name could be seen clearly but no content is display out (refer to the screenshot).

What i did was just closing the excel file & re-open back.
Sometime i did for 5 times or more than 8 times (close & re-open back the excel file) only it will display out the content of the excel file. Otherwise, it just show the Excel File name.

Please advice me on how to overcome this.. :help: Thanks.
