An image is no use, especially as i can't see the formula in question!

Are you using full arrays (e.g. A:A) or limited ones (e.g. A1:A1000)? If the former, change to the latter.

I'm using A1:A10000
and the formula is using you give me that one
=SUMPRODUCT(sheet2!
$B$2:$D$3000,($B$1:$D$1>=C2)*($B$1:$D$1<=D2)*(sheet2$A$2:$A$9=B5)
)

The OP has informed me that he is unable to provide a workbook small enough to attach here that shows the problem. I have to assume, therefore, that the workbook in question contains a lot of large array formulae, probably using volatiles like INDIRECT, which are slowing the calculations down. I am unable to help further in the absence of the workbook.

Have you tried splitting the data into specific sheets? That's what I do.
