Copy to another location. How can I update the results when I change the criteria at the top.

Do not want to have to delete and then click to execute the Advanced Filter again. Is there a shortcut key to update the results based on the change in the criteria at all?

Thanks

No. Only a bit of vba code can do this.
Include a sample file where we can show you this if you are happy to use code.

Hi

…but you can do this much more easily, flexibly and robustly with a pivot table.
In the attachment (the same as previous message plus 2 pivot tables) I've added 2 pivot tables of the most basic kind.
The first one returns the same sort of thing as your advanced filter.
The second pivot sums the units and sales amounts, and being 2 rows shorter than the first, shows that there must be data being summarised, that is: more than one row in the source data for the same category, year, month, Sales Rep and Region. I've highlighted them in the source data.
