Copying between worksheets

Any one know how I can copy formulas between worksheets and have them automatically update to the new worksheet?
Eg. I have =SUMIF(AA:AA,"=Closed",Q:Q) on worksheet 1 and I want to have the exact same formula on worksheet 2 and it automatically use the data in the cells in worksheet 2.

I have 10 worksheets that all need the same formula and when I copy and paste all the values/codes change to #REF

If all the sheets are in the same workbook, no need to copy.
If they are contiguous : while holding down the Shift key click the first and
the last tab. All tabs are now highlighted
If they are not, while holding the Ctrl key, select the tabs you need

Then, in both cases, enter your formula in the first sheet. It will now appear on all the selected sheets in the same cell
Right click on of the selected tabs and click " ungroup sheets". That's it

PS I'm not sure if using entire columns is a good idea
