Hi there,

Hope there is someone that can help me, I am sitting with a DB with a few thousand rows, but for some reason one of the columns have been completely messed up.

1st prize
- I need to be able to copy the cell from the messed up col and paste it to the new col if the domain is equal and the Full Names correspond

2nd Prize
- copy the cell from the messed up col and paste it to the new col if the domain is equal

the key thing is to arrange the email addresses to the corresponding row that has the same domain.

I have been looking everywhere for the formula on how to do this, but have not found a clear answer yet.

Thanks to all who are willing to help...:)

Welcome to the forum!

What is the purpose of the poll? To me, it serves no purpose whatsoever.

Given that there is more than one E-mail address with the same domain and that what comes before the @ sign does not always match what is in the names column, you are going to struggle to find a way to achieve what you want. Why did they get messed up in the first place?
