    Conditional Formatting "or" and "but"?

    Here are my formulas:

    This one turns green::
    =AND($U$31="OPEN",$C$14>1,$C$11>1,$R$24>0)
    Done.

    This one turns red::
    =OR($U$31="xx",$C$11<1,$C$14<1)

    BUT I need it NOT to turn red (no color) if $R$24 is 0.

    I have another formula but the red one overrides it.
    So is there a way I can do an Or format with a But?

    =AND($R$24<>0,OR($U$31="xx",$C$11<1,$C$14<1))
