In the attached file:
I want cells in "partner name" and "Balance Payment" font color to be "RED" if Activity is "Purchase" and Balance Payment is >0.
And Font color of cells in "Partner name" and "Balance payment" to be "BLUE" if "Activity" is "Sale" and Balance Payment is >0.

Please open the attached file "Book1.xlsx"

@hossat
I produced a similar answer as you were doing yours, so I didn't post it.
However, I noticed that your CF formulae reference Row 1048576 (Col C and J). The formula seems to work OK, so I was wondering if this was intentional, or another example of the many quirks and oddities of Excels Conditional Formatting?

As the second condition uses $C2, etc I suppose hossat used the tab key inadvertently when in the CF text box ( yes one of the oddities of the CF)

Hi,
Sorry, I didn't read your message.
it wasn't intentional, and I didn't noticed it :lol:
Perhaps another weird thing of Excel :crazy:
