I have a duty watchbill and I have a which has a list of names and when people are duty. I use a points system to make it fairer weekend duties being worth more and weekday duties less. At the moment I am manually updating the points. How do I make excel update my points table whenever someone's name gets put in the watchbill and adds the number corresponding to how much the duty is worth.
