    Conditional Formatting formula

I am trying to format a cell based on the conditions of two other cells.

    E.g. A1>0, A2="" to set the format of A3

I have use the conditional formatting formula for A3 as follows: ="(A1>0,A2="")". The formula is accepted as correct, formatting selected but does not get applied.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Edit:
    Excel 2010
    Win 7 64 bit.

    Use this instead:

    =AND(A1>0,A2="")

Thanks. That works fine. I thought the 'quotes' were necessary.
