I created a spreadsheet to help track events for our quality team. The problem I have is I do not know how to create the events to send emails to our staff to do things. What I have is an excel spreadsheet with columns A through U with the following headers. In column A is the audit number. In column E is the Auditors Name which I have a lookup sheet called auditor data that has their email address. In Column F is the date the audit is taking place. In columns G, J, M, P, S have number values on when tasks need to be completed by from the audit date in column F. G is 10 days, J is 14 days, M is 30 days, P is 30 days and S is 45 days. I want to send an email out to the auditor assigned when those dates are coming close to expiring to make sure we are meeting our deadlines. Can this be done. I am lost and need help. I can send the spreadsheet if it would help.

I am trying to work on this with your suggestion. I just cannot seem to make it work.
