Stuck trying to create this scheduling macro

So I am stuck, I am attempting to create one list based off of another, and I am about 90% sure this is possible with a macro.

In Cell A2 we have the location of the shift followed by start/end times. This part need to keep consistent, but can add any necessary formulas starting in column V. Each shift hs different days off Cells (J4:J10) list what days off they will have in varying amounts.

What I am trying to figure out is how to create a macro that will look at how many of each shift is needed, skipping zeros, and populate a list as show in columns(W:AB). We do about 1500 of these at a time so being able to auto populate these would be a great help.
